Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Pandu app and website ("Pandu", "we", "us"). By using Pandu, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pandu. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Using Pandu

You may browse Pandu without an account. An account lets you save places, follow people, post, comment, and message. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringes others' rights.
• Spam, scrape, or send unsolicited messages. Our message-request controls exist to prevent this — don't attempt to circumvent them.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting it, you grant Pandu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the service (for example, showing your public posts and guides to other users). You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

5. Other users' content

Places, guides, posts, and comments are created by users and third parties. We don't endorse and aren't responsible for their accuracy. Use your judgement, especially when visiting places or acting on recommendations.

6. Reporting & safety

You can block users and report content or messages in the app. We review reports and take action at our discretion, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome or timing.

7. Termination

You may stop using Pandu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

8. Disclaimers

Pandu is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, where changes are material, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
